What is DSO and Why It Matters

Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) measures how long it takes your business to collect cash after a sale is made. In simple terms, it tells you how quickly your customers are paying you. Credit and Debit Card Processing Discrepancies

Any posted credit or debit card payments which are determined to be unauthorized by the cardholder will be reversed, voided, cancelled or refunded within 72 hours of the determination of the discrepancy.

Over Payments

Any account which is overpaid will be refunded the amount of the over payment between the 10th and 20th day of the month following the month in which the account was overpaid.
